The assessment’s outline

(Four Corner Instructions)
- There are 4 corners; agree, strongly agree, disagree, and strongly disagree
- Let’s see a video “All students should use cars to get to school” is the topic .
- You should decide if you are agree, disagree, strongly agree, or strongly disagree with the topic.
- Now, collect your views before moving to the suitable corner of the room.
- At each corner, you will set with other partners to discuss his/her opinion. You should interact with each other on the topic before the class discussion (15 minutes).
- I will monitor you and listen to your arguments.
- After the peer’s discussion, each corner group will discuss their opinions. You should be active listeners and speakers as to share the information with the other groups (25 minutes).
- If you choose to change your opinion you must defend your choice.
- I will ask you to think about what you have heard and then move to another corner if you were persuaded by their presentation.
- I will assess each group by using a debate speaking rubric.
